Welcome to NGL (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or app and by sending or receiving anonymous messages, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use NGL.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NGL. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. NGL is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
2. Anonymous messages
NGL lets people send anonymous messages to a recipient’s link. Anonymity is a feature, not a shield: we log limited technical data (see our Privacy Policy) and will cooperate with lawful requests where required to keep the community safe.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not use NGL to send content that:
- harasses, bullies, threatens, or incites violence against anyone;
- contains hate speech or slurs based on protected characteristics;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way;
- shares another person’s private information (“doxxing”);
- promotes self-harm, or illegal goods, services, or activity;
- is spam, a scam, or infringes someone else’s rights.
4. Moderation & enforcement
We use automated filtering plus user reports to review content. We may remove messages, block senders, and suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. Recipients can report and block content from within the app.
5. Your content
You are responsible for the content you send. You grant NGL a licence to store and display that content solely to operate the service.
6. Disclaimers
NGL is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user-generated content or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of NGL.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
