Terms of Use

By using Mew NGL to send or receive a message, you accept these Terms and our Safety Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Minors may not create accounts, send messages, or access anonymous-message functionality.

Prohibited content and conduct

You must not send, upload, solicit, threaten, or promote:

• harassment, bullying, hate, threats, violence, or self-harm;
• sexual content, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual services;
• child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexualization of minors;
• private personal information, impersonation, fraud, scams, spam, or illegal activity;
• content infringing intellectual-property or other legal rights.

Moderation and enforcement

We use automated filters and user reports. We may hide or delete content, disable links, preserve evidence, suspend or delete accounts, and report conduct to authorities where required. Automated filtering does not guarantee that every harmful message will be stopped.

Anonymous messaging

Recipient-facing identity is hidden, but the service records limited technical safety metadata. Do not promise or assume immunity from investigation or lawful requests.

Accounts and deletion

You are responsible for activity tied to your account. You can delete your account and associated data through app Settings or our deletion request page, subject to limited lawful retention described in the Privacy Policy.
