Delete your account

In the Mew NGL app, open Settings and select Delete account and data for immediate deletion from the device that owns the account.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app, submit the form below. We verify ownership before deleting the account to prevent somebody else from deleting your inbox.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, username profile, received messages, reports attached to those messages, push tokens, sender metadata tied to those messages, and locally cached app data are deleted. A minimal record of the deletion request may be retained for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
